COLOUR BURST

Apply a base coat on your nails and allow it to dry, then apply another coat of a shade which you want as your base ... then take a sponge and dab on your other favourite shade right from the tip moving half way up to the cuticles.... apply another top coat of your transparent nail paint to protect your polish from wearing off.  tadddaaaaaa......   :)
